六月 23rd, 2009 sidxx 話說2月開始對和記服務失去信心之後, 一直都好 Cut Q 咗佢, 不過為咗尊重合約精神 (但你唔好指意和記方有咩服務承諾), 唯有一邊好不滿咁用一邊想快啲約滿. 卒之到咗今日, 就係時候同和記一刀兩斷嘅時候嘞 ! 我會一步步將所一切有關資料同過程列出嚟, 方便其他想同和記終止合約嘅朋友. 1. 按和記, 客戶需於約滿前一個月向和記提交終止服務表格. 索取終止表格方法, 可致電和記服務熱線(有專人接聽, 唔使聽 "廣東話請按1字" 嗰啲….) , 之後向客戶服務員會同客戶核對資料, 之後就可以要求客戶服務員將終止表格E-mail 到各下之指定電郵地址. 2. 收到後就可以填上客戶資料, 之後就傳真至 2123 1647. 3. 等待和記回覆.
