經過我激烈地向和記寬頻作出投訴之後，得到“客戶關注組”紀小姐嘅安排，今晚派出一個“芝芯師傅”上門幫我維修，換左 Modem, Cable, 插座，佢又去左機樓唔知整乜，攪咗個幾鐘之後卒之攪掂。 而且紀小姐仲承諾會將過去一個半月嘅費用豁免，都叫做有啲誠意。 希望今次之後唔好再有事啦。 捱完張約就 Bye Bye . share: Blog this!
